Introduction
School leaders who aim to be excellent employers are
increasingly expected to have strong skills in human resources services. They
often need to seek support and professional advice on various staffing and HR-related
issues, including independent investigation services. Consultants provide
organisational management support regarding people and school staffing matters,
ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements as well as trust,
school, or organisational procedures.
Rationale
Factors that
contribute to organisational effectiveness are often undermined by staffing
issues, which also negatively affect the management of employee relations. We
understand that school leaders need support in managing their staff, as this
task can be both complex and varied.
