Introduction

These workshops are designed to support staff in developing their knowledge, reflecting on current practice, and planning effective approaches to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These interactive workshops encourage discussion, collaboration, and practical problem-solving, enabling staff to confidently apply learning within their setting.

The focus of each workshop is agreed in advance with the settings to ensure it is tailored to specific needs, priorities, and areas for development. This personalised approach helps ensure the session is relevant, meaningful, and directly supports improved outcomes for children with SEND.
