New Training - Safer Recruitment Briefing
About the Event
Robust recruitment practices are essential in the deterrent and prevention of unsuitable people from working with children and young people or adults who may be at risk of harm in any organisation that provides services to them. This session aims to provide delegates with an overview of the practices and principles that can be applied through recruitment, selection and recruitment vetting to support organisations to identify and minimise risks.
This session is suitable for all those involved in recruitment to roles working with those groups and associated recruitment vetting, including those who have attended previous training but are seeking to refresh their knowledge in relation to legislative changes and best practice.
For those leading recruitment or recruitment vetting to roles working with children and young people and/or adults at risk of harm, we recommend that delegates consider our full day training sessions, which are accredited by the Safer Recruitment Consortium. Further details on available full day courses are available on our website and through contacting our office.
