Effective record keeping in Early Years

We recommend that early years settings ensure their staff are recording effectively. This session was developed by one of our trainers when it was found that many education staff had never received any training on recording effectively, which was resulting in avoidable mistakes and legal cases. This session ensures there is a clear understanding of the importance of effective record keeping and that staff and organisations are aware of their responsibility in relation to recording.

Enhancing staff development through supervision in Early Years workshop

This session will support managers working in early years' settings to understand the benefits of effective staff supervision. It will provide managers with strategies to use to enhance staff development and also manage staffing performance issues through supervision
