Course description
Introduction
The session should be booked if you support children and/or adults within your setting.
It will revisit important guidance, policy and legislation your organisation should be aware of. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own setting.
Participants will have the opportunity to revisit the categories of abuse relating to children and/or adults, while exploring the possible signs and indicators of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
The session will help participants to understand the importance of their own safety, as well as caring for children and adults at risk.
