Course description

Introduction

Kalmer Counselling will deliver this session to explore the link between the brain, emotional development and behaviour. We will explore this from a neuroscientific perspective to gain a greater understanding of relationships and the power relationships can have on a child's development. Anyone working directly with children and young people would benefit from this training to help inform their role to get the best outcomes for children

Attendees

This training is suitable for:

  • Teachers, pastoral staff and those working in behaviour units
  • Support staff, SEN staff, teaching assistants
  • School outreach workers, PSAs, family support workers and attendance officers 
  • Designated safeguarding leads
