Early Years Annual Safeguarding Refresher
Introduction
The aim of this training is to support early years' practitioners to refresh their knowledge and help them understand what is meant by child abuse and neglect, how to recognise common signs of abuse and how to respond to concerns. The session will outline key pieces of legislation to support your practice. It will include how to keep yourself safe, by ensuring you follow your setting's code of conduct and whistleblowing procedures. This training is in line with the training requirements of Annex C of the EYFS
