Salar: 44.2 weeks term time + 10 days £37,300.43 - £41,648.29
Clennell Education Solutions (CES) provides support for schools and education establishments for all of their Behaviour and Safety needs.
The CES service has three core professional functions:
- Leadership support
- Operation support
- Trust/Partnership development
This varied role will include the provision of advice and guidance in relation to all aspects of human resource/people management, acting as an independent investigator carrying out investigations on behalf of our education and business clients and reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Working alongside our experienced HR lead, you will also be supported to deliver training in relation to both HR and safer recruitment practice.
If you are CIPD qualified, have a proven track record of successful experience working in a HR generalist role, a strong working knowledge of employment law, experience of and the ability to deal with complex, sensitive and challenging casework and queries calmly and professionally, combined with the interpersonal skills and confidence to deliver high-quality training, we want to hear from you.
