Cancellation charges

In-house training

Charges will be incurred for cancellations of in-house training to be delivered by Clennell consultants less than 48 hours prior to the date at 50% and 100% for cancellations on the day.

Any in-house first aid, full day physical intervention training, SEND or full day safer recruitment training for trusts, which are cancelled, will incur the following charges:

  • Within 3 weeks 25% charge
  • Within 2 weeks 50% charge
  • Within 1 week 100% charge

Central sessions

A charge will be incurred for non-attendance or cancellation within 48 hours for both face-to-face and virtual sessions. Please see the list below:

  • Central part-day virtual £10+VAT
  • Central part-day face-to-face £15+VAT
  • Central full day face-to-face £40+VAT

Service level agreement

Please note if you currently have an SLA with Clennell Education it will automatically renew at the same level unless we have received a change of service level agreement/opt out form at least two weeks prior to the new contract starting. If this is not received, charges may occur. The price will not increase without prior notice, however we reserve the right to amend our overall offer.

Certificates

For all sessions which are certificated, certificates will either be:

  • Handed out by the trainer on the day of face-to-face sessions
  • Emailed/handed to the person who booked the session for in-school sessions. In this case please ensure only staff who have attended the training receive a certificate 
  • Emailed directly to the delegate for virtual sessions

Replacement certificates will be charged for at a cost of £10+VAT per certificate (please note this may be higher if it is an accredited outside trainer).
