Introduction

Understanding shared parental leave can be complex, but school leaders and managers don't need to feel overwhelmed by the details. This 30-minute bite-sized webinar will provide attendees with concise and practical HR advice whilst supporting legal compliance and providing best practice and fairness.

Attendees: This training is suitable for:

  • Headteachers, school business managers, HR leads and operational leaders involved in recruitment of staffing decisions.
