About the Event
Introduction to the CES Safeguarding Compliance Tool (SCT)
Join Clennell Education Solutions (CES) for an interactive remote training session introducing our new digital Safeguarding Compliance Tool (SCT). Developed in partnership with Phron Education, this dynamic, evidence-based system in designed to replace traditional Word documents and help standalone schools and Multi-Acadmey Trusts (MATs) seamlessly meet and track statutory safeguarding requirements in real time. This session will include a live walkthrough of the platform's core features and a dedicated Q&A session to answer any of your questions.
What we will cover:
- Platform navigation & login: How to log in and set up your account on the platform
- Termly Safeguarding Audit: Best practices for evaluating your school's safeguarding progress term-by-term and recording comments
- RAG-Rated actions plan: How to view and manage automatically generated Red-Amber-Green (RAG) action plans to stay inspection-ready
- Specialised filtering & monitoring module: Navigating the dedicated module to meet the latest DfE standards and KCSIE requirements (including assigning IT/DSL roles and uploading compliance evidence)
- Single Central Record (SCR) Management: Setting up and managing compliant staff files, complete with automated tracking for training certifications
- Trust Strategic Overview: For MAT leads, a demonstration of the Trust-level dashboard to manage aggregated data across all schools

- Free trial access: All schools and Multi-Academy Trusts will receieve free trial access to the SCT until November 30, 2026
- Pricing: After the trial period, the cost is £240 per school for a one-year subscription
