  1. Introductions/check in (5 mins) Introduction from the facilitators and welcome new governors in attendance 
  2. Emerging themes (10 mins) Brief reflection on forthcoming advice and guidance 
  3. Effectively reporting, recording and communicating safeguarding practice with parents and carers (15 mins)
  4. New OFSTED framework; Safegaurding implications for Governors (20 mins)
  5. Understanding contextual safeguarding issues; an opportunity for colleagues to discuss emerging issues and share approaches (30 mins)
  6. Opportunity for questions, discussion of future agenda items (10 mins)
