This session is designed to support staff in school to explore the skills and knowledge needed in relation to supporting families and providing intervention. The session will allow participants to reflect on practice, discuss boundaries and challenges, while sharing strategies found beneficial to alleviate these. The session helps participants develop an understanding of thresholds, and the importance of professional curiosity. The session will also allow you to reflect on your own wellbeing, and how you can effectively look after yourself, providing you with strategies and ideas in relation to self-care.
