Introduction
This webinar considers the role of a Teaching Assistant and the common goals they can work towards to contribute to an inclusive environment. During the webinar, we will consider the importance of understanding children's individual needs to apply appropriate straegies and targeted support. The session will also highlight the significance of children's wider needs, including building strong connections, nurturing a sense of belonging, and developing positive relationships. We will also consider how Teaching Assistants can promote independence through effective scaffolding, enabling children to develop confidence, resilience, and autonomy in their learning.
