About this Event

This session is appropriate for all staff who work with children in a school setting. The training is aimed at supporting and preparing staff to deal with difficult behaviours and situations that challenge them daily, while supporting the staff to carry out actions that will help to de-escalate and resolve issues to a positive conclusion.
