Session Description
About this Event
This session is aimed at giving an understanding of what a positive staff-pupil relationship looks like. Strategies are discussed on how we initially create and then continue to promote positive relationships using approach and verbal/non-verbal cues. Positive consequences, tone and volume are areas that are also discussed during the session.

This training is suitable for all staff who are in contact with children, including:

- Setting the standards
- Positive approach
- Speaking with pupils
- Consistency
- Where to draw the line and use positive consequences
