Introduction

The staff workshops have been designed as a follow on from sessions delivered by CES.  Each session is activity based and explores key safeguarding themes. The workshop can be delivered by a CES trainer or by the school DSL (members only).

The sessions are available under the 'Education Services & Training' section of the website. New sessions in key areas will be added throughout the academic year.

Session Content

  • Their roles and responsibilities in relation to staff behaviour in schools
  • Understanding the process of allegations and why they arise
  • Current DfE guidance on keeping yourself safe
  • Have increased knowledge on areas of vulnerability
  • Recognise these important of keeping yourself safe
