Introduction
The staff workshops have been designed as a follow-up to sessions delivered by CES. Each session is activity-based and explores key safeguarding themes. The workshop can be delivered by a CES trainer or by the school DSL (members only).
The sessions are available under the 'Education Services & Training' section of the website. New sessions in key areas will be added throughout the academic year.

- Their roles and responsibilities in relation to staff behaviour in schools
- Understanding the process of allegations and why they arise
- Current DfE guidance on keeping yourself safe
- Have increased knowledge on areas of vulnerability
- Recognise the importance of keeping yourself safe
