Introduction
We are happy to now be offering our yearly subscription bolt-on focusing on Behaviour. Please see below what is included in the bolt-on
Staff training live:
20x 1-hour online CPD sessions with certificate of attendance:
- What is behaviour?
- De-escalation and dealing with difficult situations
- Recording, reflecting and planning for behaviour incidents
- Positive handling - DfE and legal guidance on the use of physical intervention when supporting serious incidents
Each year, sessions will be updated and modified to keep up to date with the latest data, guidance, research and recommendations
Staff training videos:
7x training videos with unlimited views:
- What is behaviour?
- De-escalation
- Legal and DfE guidance on the use of force in schools
- Recording behaviour incidents
- Reflecting on behaviour incidents
- Planning for behaviour incidents
- Sharing behaviour plans and recordings
The videos support an all-round approach to behaviour management, from how to deal with behaviour concerns through recording and how we plan for the future. Each year, an additional supporting video will be added
Staff awareness videos:
Community awareness videos to support contextual safeguarding. These will be added annually with new videos covering different topics:
- Gang culture awareness
- County lines awareness
Network meetings:
3x Network sessions (once termly)
Current topics of behaviour will be discussed in an open format.
Templates - Serious incident recording & risk assessment/support plan:
Recording and planning documents to support serious incidents and behaviour concerns. Both documents are in Word format and are modifiable to your school's particular needs

Purchasing the bolt-on
To purchase the bolt-on, please select the gold request training button on the right-hand side of this page. This will bring up the booking form. The booking form will ask for 3 dates and times for the session. Please put 3 random dates and times, as no training is booking from purchasing the bolt-on (this is just the way our booking form is set up)
Once the Behaviour bolt-on is purchased, a new area in your school's dashboard will appear, which will hold the Behaviour resources.
The Behaviour bolt-on is a yearly subscription. This subscription will automatically renew unless we are notified via email at least 2 weeks before the renewal
