About the Event

This full day session ensures delegates are up to date and compliant with all requirements of the Safer Recruitment process and expectations.

The course is fully accredited through the Safer Recruitment Consortium, working alongside the Lucy Faithfull Foundation.

  • Background and context to safer recruitment
  • Consider policies and practice that minimise opportunities for abuse or ensure prompt reporting
  • Help participants begin to review their policies and practice in recruitment with a review to creating a safer culture
